1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. The prosecution case is that when the victims had gone to disconnect unauthorized connection of electricity, the petitioner and others assaulted them.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
