In Re: CAN 1 of 2022 (Restoration) Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the petitioner and/or his Counsel on 31.10.2022.

The said order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. In Re: W.P.A No. 2144 of 2020 The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondent has unlawfully prevented her from entering into a premises of which she is a lawful tenant. The petitioner submits that civil suit being T. S. No. 1250 of 2018 has been filed by the writ petitioner against the private respondent seeking declaration that she is a tenant which is now pending

before the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 4th Court, Sealdah.

In those circumstances, the petitioner may pursue her civil remedies in the civil court. The Police have no role to play in the matter.

The O. C., Khardah Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
