Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record. None appears for the private opposite party.

The learned Court considered the period of detention of the opposite party and the fact that there was no further development in the investigation, proceeded to return a finding that further custodial detention of the private opposite was not necessary and, therefore, granted bail to the private opposite party.

We find no ground to reverse such order.

C.R.M.(DB) 478 of 2022 is rejected.
