Poonam Mishra Ms. Mitali Bhattacharya. .... For the petitioner. This revisional application has been filed invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a direction to pass order by the learned Trial Judge which is pending for a considerable period.

Ms. Mitali Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that in spite of completion of ex parte hearing of the suit by adducing evidence, learned Judge has kept the order pending. In support of that contention learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has annexed herewith one status report qua suit being Title Suit 187 of 2014.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court, Alipore is requested to pass the order of ex parte

hearing within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court, Alipore for information.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
