1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Challenging the order dated 11th December, 2024, passed by the respondent no.1 whereby the petitioner's electronic credit ledger to the extent of Rs.1,13,01,054 has been blocked thereby disallowing debit form the same, the instant writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate representing the petitioner would, however, submit that the petitioner had duly represented before he authorities against the aforesaid order with a prayer to revoke the order dated 11th December,

2024. Such fact would corroborate from the communication dated 21st January, 2025.

Notwithstanding the aforesaid, no steps have been taken by the respondents to redress the petitioner's grievance or to dispose of the petitioner's representation.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending before the respondents since 21st January, 2025, I am of the view that the respondents should hear out and dispose of such representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a reasoned order.

5. With the above observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of.
