The petitioner must file appropriate application before the civil court with regard to the allegation of violation of the order of injunction. However, the order passed by a competent court of law, must be complied with. It is a matter of public policy, that such order is complied. Under such circumstances, the police authorities shall ensure that the order of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat by which the parties have been directed to maintain status quo, is implemented. The other questions which have been raised by the petitioner, have not been decided. All such issues shall be decided by the competent civil court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
