Learned counsel for the private respondents files a copy of objection submitted by his client before the concerned authority in regard to demarcation of the plot in question.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the plot has been demarcated in compliance with the order of this Court and the report submitted by the State respondents demonstrates that the Assistant Engineer, PWD, Contai Sub-Division has issued notice of hearing upon the parties requesting them to appear before the authority with their deeds and documents on 17th November, 2022.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
