Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has already received the recommendation letter but the appointment letter has not been received as yet. Learned advocate for the School Service Commission intimates that the recommendation letter has been issued on 23rd May, 2022.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the appointment letter has not been given as yet. I direct the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to issue the appointment letter to the

petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
