Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the opposite party be kept with the record.

Prima facie, it appears that petitioner, without the permission of the learned Trial Court, had been to Orissa and involved himself in an offence in the State of Orissa. There has been a violation of the condition of the bail. State has approached this Court for cancellation of bail. However, as a matter of last chance considering the stage of the case, I direct that the petitioner will meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Binpur Police Station once in a week. In case

there is violation of condition, the concerned Officer-in-Charge will pray for warrant of arrest against the present petitioner. I have also taken into account the stage of the case which reflects as has been submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that, presently the evidence of the Investigating Officer has commenced. Consequently, if the petitioner is absent either before the Officer-in-Charge of the Binpur Police Station or before the learned Trial Court on the date so fixed, the bail so granted be cancelled by the learned Trial Court without further reference to this Court.

With the aforesaid observations CRM (DB) 524 of 2025 is disposed of.

In the earlier order dated 13.02.2026 the number in the cause title has been wrongly transcribed as 'CRM (M) 519 of 2025'. The correct number should be 'CRM (DB) 524 of 2025'. Let this be treated part and parcel of the earlier order dated 13.02.2026. Department is directed to take necessary steps. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
