1. The petitioner says that he is in custody for 161 days. Nothing was recovered from him. He is implicated on the basis of the State made by a co-accused person.

2. Learned State counsel tells us that investigation is going on and chargesheet is yet to be filed.

3. In view of the fact that investigation is not complete, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. CRM (NDPS) 196 of 2025 is dismissed.
