...... petitioners Mr. Debapriya Samanta ...for the petitioners Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, Ld.P.P., Ms. Manasi Roy ...for the State One of the persons who suffered injuries in an incident of assault, leading to the death of one person, implicates all the petitioners before us in such incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in such incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
