Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners were falsely implicated in connection with the instant case which would be reflected from the totality of the circumstances as after demanding money the police officers also falsely implicated the present petitioners. The recovery in the present case is vague. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted. Having considered the stage of the case, I direct the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

At this stage, the prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 276 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
