We find from the report of the Assistant Registrar-IV dated April 7, 2026 that the appeal, bearing FA No. 256 of 1989, in connection with which the present Rule was issued, has already been dismissed on April 22, 2024. 2.
Accordingly, the connected Rule has become infructuous.

Hence, CR No. 1411 of 1989 is discharged without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
