The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Chandrakona Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

It appears that the enquiry by the Chandrakona Police Station have not revealed any cognizable offences. 3.

The petitioner had approached the Magistrate under section 156(3) of the CrPC and no orders have been passed in that matter.

The petitioner has other remedies against the order of the Magistrate, which may be pursued in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
