Kutub Uddin .. for the State The petitioner is seeking the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was recorded by the police authorities as his own version. The contention is frivolous, the litigation is fixed before the learned Trial Court for consideration of charges in the month of May 2022. The petitioner happens to be accused, his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has got nothing to do with the prosecution relying upon documents by way of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to prove his case. The revisional application is frivolous and hence liable to be dismissed. All pending connected applications, if any are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
