In compliance of this Court's order dated 27.9.2022, the lady Sub-Inspector, Mitali Saha (Guha), the Officer-in-charge of Barrackpore Women Police Station has appeared and submitted a report stating that page no. 54 is available in the office copy of the case diary. A copy of the said page 54 has been annexed. The prayer of the petitioner in the Criminal Revision was for getting a copy of page no. 39, 41 and 54. The petitioner has submitted on the earlier date that he had received the copy of the case diary bearing page no. 39 and 41. Page 54 is available before the Court today and the learned lawyer for the State is directed to serve a copy of the same upon the petitioner who is appearing in person and file a copy of the said receipt in Court for its records. As the relief prayed for by the petitioner in this case has been given effect to, the Criminal revision accordingly stands disposed of.

Copy of the case diary be returned to the learned advocate for the State.

The appearance of the police officer present today is dispensed with.
