Md. Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ...for the State Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. It appears that the petitioners have complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 12th April, 2021 and that upon completion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted. In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 12th April, 2021 to the effect that 'the petitioners shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Howrah Police Station once a week until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
