As none appears for the opposite parties, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate for the State is requested to represent the State in this case. Appointment of Ms. Saha be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta. Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. By the instant revisional application the petitioner has prayed for necessary directions upon the trial court to make corrections in the cause list of eCourts.gov.in within a fixed time. The said correction sought for is in respect of the FIR no. 103/16 in G.R. Case No. 6127/16 pending before the learned Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore, which has been erroneously written in the said cause list as 03 of 2016. This relates to Barrackpore Women P.S. Case No. 103/16.

Considering the relief prayed for and the materials on record and the documents and also the supplementary affidavit filed along with the relevant documents, this revisional application is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to make the necessary corrections as observed hereinabove within a week from the date of receipt of this order.
