Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 27th February, 2023, Mr. Siddiqui, learned additional Government Pleader by which he was asked to take specific instruction as to the amount of revenue due which is liable to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of its registration and pursuant to such order of this court, Mr. Siddiqui has filed written instruction indicating the amount of revenue due amounts to Rs.54.92,288/- which is required to be paid by the petitioner for restoration of its registration.

A copy of such instruction containing the revenue due has been handed over to Ms. Chatterjee,

learned advocate for the petitioner who submits that petitioner is ready and willing to pay the aforesaid amount.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2913 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to open the official portal for thirty days from date to enable the petitioner to make the payment of the revenue due as indicated hereinabove subject to adjustment of any payment which has already been made. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to make the payment of the revenue due as indicated hereinabove within thirty days from the date of opening of the portal, in that event the respondent authority concerned will be free to close the portal and to proceed in accordance with law.
