The petitioner has made a representation on March 31, 2018, which is at Annuexure-P/3 to the writ application for regularization of service. The petitioner claims to have been appointed on compassionate grounds in place and stead of one Sunil Kumar Das. The petitioner also claims that he has been in continuous engagement for 11 years now albeit on daily wage basis.

Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, learned counsel appearing for the CSTC submits that the Corporation never had a scheme for compassionate employment.

Be that as it may, since there is a representation filed by the petitioner, let the respondent no. 3 consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The final orders of the respondent no. 3 shall be communicated to the petitioner within 7 days thereof.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
