The learned counsel for the petitioner moves the revisional application along with an attested copy of the final report submitted in Amherst Street P.S. Case No. 303 of 2017.

It is submitted that on completion of investigation, the matter has ended in FRT in respect of all the petitioner accused persons.

In view of the present status of the police case, the matter has now become infructuous.

There is no representation on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, and as such, as the State is opposite party no. 1 in this case, Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case.

Let her appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

In view of the said facts and circumstances, the criminal revision stands disposed of being infructuous. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
