Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya ... For the petitioners This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No.CC/9/2022 on account of fetal disease of Cancer suffered by the petitioner no.1, Dr. Lalita Menon.
Considering the nature of prayer, i.e., expeditious disposal, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite parties. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with. The West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata, is requested to dispose of the Complaint Case No.CC/9/2022 as expeditiously as possible.
With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 410 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of
the West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata, forthwith.
All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
