Learned Counsel for the State is present.

The order sheets of this case show that the petitioner has either prayed for time or remained absent on all the previous occasions. It appears that the petitioner has either lost interest in the matter or the cause does not survive.

Thus, we deem it proper to dispose of this Public Interest Litigation (PIL) with the observation that if the cause still survives and petitioner feels aggrieved with the selfsame cause, he may file a comprehensive representation before the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 along with a copy of this order.

In that event, the said respondents shall consider and decide the representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within 90 days of receipt of such representation by giving an

opportunity of hearing to the interested parties. The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
