Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners complied with the notice under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code. According to him, the petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary.

Learned Advocate appearing for the defacto complainant submits that the petitioner No.1 presented himself to be the sole heir of the deceased mother and sole immovable property belonging to the deceased mother.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 837 of 2022, is rejected.
