Petitioner complains that in spite of informing the police authorities, no action was taken. As such, petitioner had to file an application before the learned Magistrate, pursuant to which Pursurah Police Station Case No.333 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 was registered for investigation.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the investigating authorities on conclusion of investigation has already submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos.4 to 11 submits that all the respondents were granted

anticipatory bail and their bail has been regularized by the jurisdictional court.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion arrived at by the investigating agency. In case he is aggrieved by the conclusion, it would be her liberty to approach the jurisdictional court under Section 193(9) of the BNSS. Further, it has been complained that the petitioner has been facing inconveniences at the hands of the private respondents. Petitioner would be at liberty also to file application before the learned Magistrate in respect of the threat perception. A report be called for by the learned Magistrate and necessary orders, if required, will be passed by the learned Magistrate under the Witnesses Protection Scheme, 2018.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3121 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copies of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
