This is an application for splitting of load by the petitioner before the respondent authorities. In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, WPA 3558 of 2021 is disposed of as not being maintainable.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Ombudsman in accordance with Clause 14 of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the Ombudsman within a period of two weeks from date. If such an application is filed, the Ombudsman is requested to consider and dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of such application after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties and passing a reasoned order.
