Ramesh Dhara, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed with this matter further.

Mr. Dhara further submits that he received the mail communication from the petitioner and he placed the copy of mail of the written instruction of the petitioner. Let the written instruction be kept in record.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel also considering the written instruction of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of as not press.

Interim order passed by this Court, if any, during the pendency of the instant writ petition is also vacated.

The State authority may proceed with the selection process according to the law.
