The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in view of the subsequent order passed by the learned Single Judge on February 10, 2021, challenge to the order dated January 29, 2021 in the present appeal has been rendered infructuous as the appellants, if aggrieved, will avail of their appropriate remedy against the subsequent order passed by the learned Single Judge.
