Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

There is a statement made in the petition which is false to the knowledge of the petitioner.

The Officer-in-Charge of Hare Street Police Station will lodge a police complaint against the petitioner for making a false statement in the petition knowing the same to be false. The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police is present in Court pursuant to the order dated February 13, 2023. The Court is informed that the petitioner was arrested. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed in the present application for anticipatory bail. C.R.M. (A) 586 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.

The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police is dispensed with.
