Re: CAN 1 of 2024 (an application for modification) This is an application for modification of the order dated December 20, 2023 passed in the aforesaid writ petition.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.3 that no decision has yet been taken by the State in terms of the order dated January 3, 2024 passed by the Division Bench in FMA 1325 of 2018. It was submitted before the Division Bench by the State that it would take a decision within one month. In that view of the matter, list this matter in the first week of March 2024 under the heading "Application".
