Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner had been rejected earlier. This is a subsequent application for pre-arrest bail. Learned Advocate contends police report has been filed. Filing of police report is an aggravating and not a mitigating circumstance.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to review the earlier order rejecting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
