Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner obtained bail from the Sessions Court by suppressing the pendency of the present application for bail. Noticing such fact, this Court passed orders from time to time on the present application.

State is yet to file application for cancellation of bail either before the Court granting bail or before the appropriate Bench.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the application for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the application for bail being CRM 1321 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
