The instant transfer application is for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.124 of 2019, under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act from the court of learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Asansol to learned District Judge at Jalpaiguri.

The original Section 9 application being Mat.Suit No.588 of 2019 having been withdrawn in the

meantime from the court below, the instant transfer application has become infructuous.

The transfer application is thus disposed of. The application being C.O.399 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
