The contempt application is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocate representing the applicant who has prayed for leave to amend the cause title of this contempt application in order to add the present incumbent. Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the applicant to amend the cause title in course of this day and add present incumbent as additional alleged contemnor.

The learned advocate for the applicant is also directed to serve notice of this contempt application enclosing copy of the order of this Court upon the learned advocate who represented the contemnor previously as well as the added alleged contemnor by seven days from date and file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date.
