Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that by 10.07.2023, the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with the court. In case, such an amount is deposited by the petitioner, the learned trial court would keep the execution of the warrant of arrest in abeyance for a period of three months. This order is being passed as the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that dues towards the arrears in the execution case are Rs.20,000/-. In case, the learned execution court finds that the aforesaid amount of Rs.10,000/- is paid, the directions as passed above, be complied with after the said period is over. The learned court would fix a date for depositing the rest of the amount. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 438 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
