It is the claim of the petitioner that the petitioner was entrusted with 81 grams of gold as a worker.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary. Considering the fact that the gold entrusted to the petitioner is yet to be recovered and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 840 of 2022 is rejected.
