1. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated due to some business dispute. He is in custody for 81 days. Chargesheet has been filed upon completion of investigation. His further custodial detention is unnecessary.

2. We have seen the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Prima facie, she implicates this petitioner.

3. In view of the gravity of the charge and the material on record, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 528 of 2025 is disposed of.
