This is an application for special leave to appeal under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the de facto complainant/petitioner in connection with the order of acquittal passed by the Learned Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No. 73/2018.

Perused the impugned judgment. Special leave to file appeal is granted. The petitioner is directed to file memorandum of appeal within one month from the date of this order.
