After some arguments, the learned advocate for the appellants submits that he would be approaching the Trial Court in the pending writ proceeding. This Court should direct the learned Single Judge Bench for expeditious consideration. 2.

We find no reason to express any opinion on such submission having regard to the fact that the petitioner by the impugned order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the Writ Court was granted liberty to mention the matter after exchange of affidavits.
