In view of non-compliance of the notice dated 23rd September, 2020 under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and having regard to the fact that the materials disclosed in the case diary showing prima facie involvement of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM 1328 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
