The only prayer made in the present petition is that the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') be directed to hear final arguments in O.A. No. 907 of 2020 on the next date of hearing fixed before it.

It is for the Tribunal to decide priority of the cases for hearing. In the absence of any material before this Court regarding pendency of old cases, such a direction cannot be issued.

The writ petition is dismissed.
