Mr. Kallol Guha Thakurata Md. Wasim Rahaman ..For the Petitioners Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya, Sr. Govt. Adv., Mr. Mrinal Kanti Biswas ..For the State Leave as prayed for to withdraw the writ petition being W.P.A. 2958 of 2023 is granted since this Court is of the view that no legal right of the petitioners has been violated by the State respondents. The petitioners have not suffered any prejudice due to a violation of the legal right by the State Government.

Mr. Guha Thakurata, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the said writ petition. He also prays for leave to file a Public Interest Litigation on the selfsame cause of action.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 2958 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

In the event, the petitioners have any legal right to file a Public Interest Litigation on the selfsame cause of action, the petitioners will not be precluded from doing the same because filing of this writ petition.
