The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions upon the Tarakeswar Police Station to enable the petitioner to construct a temporary wall around her premises. The private respondents had objected to the same on the ground that the property is not partitioned.

The dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. There is absolutely no urgency found by this Court although the matter was listed on the ground of urgency cited by counsel for the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.5,100/- payable by the writ petitioner to the Tarakeswar Police Station.

Instructions of the O.C., Tarakeswar Police Station to the Ld.

Government Pleader dated 25.02.2022 be kept with the record.
