1. There is a typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 04.11.2024. The name of opposite party "Maznik Ghosh & Ors." should be corrected as "Manik Ghosh & Ors".

2. Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction of the cause title in the order dated 04.11.2024.

3. Other portion of the order dated 04.11.2024 shall remain unchanged.

4. This order be treated as part of the order dated 04.11.2024.
