Moreover, he alludes to the circumstances in which the police complaint came to be lodged. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that there are call details recorded being between the petitioner and the driver of the vehicle who participated in the incident.

Considering such materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
