Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has informed the police authorities as he is unable to construct his boundary wall being resisted by the private respondents.

To that effect, representation was made to the police authorities, however no police assistance was rendered.

Learned advocate for the State is present and opposes the contentions to the extent that since the nature of dispute complained of is civil in nature, the police authorities will never be able to render the assistance in respect of the prayer advanced before the police authorities.

I have considered the contention of the petitioner. Petitioner if so advised will approach the BL & LRO for demarcation of the land. In case the

BL&LRO arrives at a finding that the demarcation as is reflected or shown by the petitioner and the respondents is in accordance with the records available with him, in that case, the BL & LRO will pass necessary directions upon the police authorities and the police authorities thereafter will respect, obey and implement the order/direction so passed.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3154 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
