This is an application under the Contempt of Court's Act, 1971 filed by the petitioner on 3rd February 2000.

By filing the instant application, the petitioner sought for punishment of the contemnor / respondent for allegedly violation of the order dated 16th August 1999 passed by a learned Single Bench in W.P. 11071 (W) of 1999. Since, filing of the application, none moved on behalf of the petitioner.

I feel that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the contempt application on hand.

Therefore, the contempt application is dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioner.

Let this contempt application along with the order passed today be tagged with the main file by the concerned department.
