In Re: CPAN 91 of 2020 This is an application for contempt in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT 321 of 2020, nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application. The order for non-compliance of which the contempt application has been filed, has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceeding is dropped.

In Re: WPA 13050 of 2019 The petitioner is directed to serve a notice upon the respondents as also the learned advocates, who appeared in the appeal. Affidavit-of-service to be filed on the next date. Let the writ petition matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2022.
