1. By way of this public interest litigation the petitioner alleges that the 7th respondent who is not even a government employee is virtually running the affairs in the office of the 6th respondent, namely, the office of the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Sonarpur, South 24-Parganas district.

2. In this regard, complaints have been given and once such complaint has been taken note of by the Directorate of Anti Corruption Branch, West Bengal, an action has been initiated.

3. The learned advocate appearing for the 7th respondent submitted that all the allegations made against the 7th respondent are false and that the mother of the 7th respondent is a contractual employee in the said office and the 7th respondent used to drop her in the office and pick up her as she is suffering

from certain ailments. In any event if the 7th respondent is not an employee in the office of the Block Land and Land Reforms Department, he cannot enter the office nor handle any file nor discuss anything with any of the other staff in the office.

4. Therefore, there will be an order restraining the 7th respondent from any manner entering into the the office of the Block Land and Land Reforms Department, Sonarpur, South 24-Parganas district and the authority concerned, namely, the 5th respondent shall proceed to investigate into the complaint which is already on its file.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
