However, learned advocate representing the applicant has placed before this Court memo dated 17th March, 2025 issued by the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission and same is taken on record.

On perusal of the said memo dated 17th March, 2025, it appears that concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission has taken decision in terms of the order dated 7th October, 2024 passed in the connected writ petition. Therefore, the order dated 7th October, 2024 is complied with. Hence, the contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to take steps, in accordance with law, based on memo dated 17th March, 2025.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
